I got the wrong shirt. How can I get my correct order?

In the event we send you the wrong order, please contact Customer Service at support@mexusmar.com. We will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes. We will then check our records to verify your claim. If we made the mistake, we will send you the correct order. You do not have to send the wrong product back.

I received a defective or damaged product. What do I do?

Please contact Customer Service at support@mexusmar.com. We will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes. If we made the mistake, we will send you the correct order. We will coordinate with you to get the problem resolved.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I return it and exchange it to a different size?

Our shirt size charts are attached to every product profile. Please make the right selection before ordering.  If you will like to exchange your item, please send us back the item/s and we can arrange an exchange for the right size item. Item must be unworn and new when we receive it. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. If we made the mistake in sending you an incorrect size, other than what you ordered, we will cover all shipping costs.

I entered the wrong address information. Can I still correct it?

Yes, contact us at support@mexusmar.com and we will make the correction on our end. If the item has been shipped, we cannot make any corrections. You will have to track it via USPS and correct the issue. If the product is returned to us because of an insufficient address you will be notified.

I just made an order but I changed my mind and I'd like to cancel it.

Yes, only if the order has not been shipped out.  

What's the ETA of my order?

An ETA can only be provided when your order has been processed. Typically you will receive your order with 3 to 5 business days after it has been processed. Process times can take between 1 -5 days. If there are any issues on our end, expect an email or a text if you provided a telephone number for updates.

I received the shipping notification but I still haven't received my order.

Please contact USPS with the tracking information on your order. The tracking number will be provided in the shipping notification that you will receive after your order has been processed. If your package was lost in the mail or missing, then contact customer service at support@mexusmar.com, and we will try to help find the order for you. 

Can you expedite processing and shipping?

Different mailing options are available. If you need expedited processing, send us an email at support@mexusmar.com and we will do the best to expedite your order.

Can I customize my MEXUSMAR Shirt/Hoodie?

Yes, for any customization or special order, please contact us at support@mexusmar.com. We will reach out and collect all details from you so we can begin your order.
